Project Recalibrate is the brain child of Caroline, a down to earth mother of 2 who, with the help and input of her gorgeous healing tribe, has been encouraged to create, and develop her long held vision of helping people to access genuinely life changing practices in search of more calm and more balance.

To pin point the moment it all kickstarted is tricky... it could have been the episode with a bad reaction to anti malarial drug, Larium? It could have been the allergies and intolerances she experienced to skincare products and food in her teens?  The trauma incident possibly? Navigating her child's severe allergies that the doctors couldn't help? Or, perhaps it was simply a combination of them all?

Sick of the 'sticking plaster' approach to health care that she was consistently being offered, she decided the only way to make any real improvements was to find the root cause and try ancient remedies and mother nature before reaching for a prescription. Spending hours of the night reading, comparing, studying, researching the latest topic of particular interest, few stones were left unturned.

Book after book, lecture after lecture, course after course, Caroline started to strip back her family's lives - detoxing, GAPS & fodmap diets & no chemicals in the home. Everything was homemade - kefirs, sauerkrauts, bone broths, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products and personal items, you name it, all with carefully selected ingredients in order to reinstate gut health.  When her daughter's nails fell out and most of her hair, only to re-grow back thick and healthy, it was undeniable; her daughter's body was healing and finally absorbing nutrients.  Things were dramatically improving and everyone began to smile again.

A profound spiritual awakening followed which further opened her eyes to the power of energy healing. Her studies continued and training to date includes -  Sound Healing with Tuning Forks, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Essences, Angelic Healing, Crystal Healing, Accessing the Akashic Records, Reiki and Soul Realignment.  She has also meticulously pursued a self study of nutrition/gut health, in particular GAPS/FODMAP and Paleo Ketogenic diets. ​

For the past 10 years Caroline has been helping friends, family and clients across the globe on their healing journey on a 1:1 capacity or working in collaboration with other healers for a broader, more intensive healing experience. Pursuing what she sees as her calling, Caroline tries to guide her clients within, to intuitively recognise areas of dis-ease, to help them discover the best healing path for them with simple, implementable holistic healing modalities options but above all, the power of self-healing.

Now living in rural Dorset, Caroline offers a wide range of subliminal and sound healing audio tracks that she has carefully created for healing her family and wider client base, she offers Soul Realignment - and other energy healing sessions upon request, but works closely with her tight knit group of 'energy healers' dotted about the globe, all pooling ideas to create a more intuitive and holistic approach to re-finding you.
 
The vision however remains simple - to share and spread the word about natural and holistic remedies in an accessible, easy to understand format whilst encouraging people to look after themselves & make choices that are in alignment with their true self. In our busy, chaotic modern world it is all too easy to get side tracked and overlook our own needs, often following a life/path in a blinkered fashion ultimately eroding our true selves to leave us feel slightly lost.
